Quest 8 - The Librarian
Start:
Travel to the Inn south of Brit Bank and talk to Ramirez.
Job:
- Collect a “Vial of pure water” from water elements in Destard in one of the following ways.
- Kill water elements and loot.
- Steal the key from Lothar, and unlock his chest and take the blue resonant.
- Lockpick Lothar's chest and take the blue resonant.
Completion:
Talk to Ramirez again and turn in quest.
