Start:
Travel to New Haven Thieves Guild and talk to Nagur.
Job:
- Collect a “Blue Resonant” from Lothar in one of the following ways.
- Kill Lothar and loot from his body.
- Steal the key from Lothar, and unlock his chest and take the blue resonant.
- Lockpick Lothar's chest and take the blue resonant.
- Turn into Nagur (Marked as quest item).
Completion:
Talk to Nagur again and turn in quest.
