Travel to the Inn south of Brit Bank and talk to Ramirez.

• Collect Qty:20 “Diamonds” in one of the following ways.
  • Acquire from loot drops/players.
  • Buy from NPC Jewlwer (40,000 gold)
  • Lockpick and loot from treasure chests.
  • Lockpick and loot from chest near Ogre in New Haven mines. (May not give 20.)

Set the (stack of 20) diamonds to quest item.
Talk to Ramirez again and turn in quest.
