Start:
Travel to New Haven Armorer east of the bank and find Diego.
Now double click him to get quest conversation.
Job:
- Kill “Rod” who is located at the small pond west of Destard.
-NOTE- Rod will teleport to you and one shot you.
Rod is weak to poison damage.
Completion:
Talk to Diego again and turn in quest.
