Traders Quest

Throughout the cities of Survival, you will find City Trade Ministers. These NPCs offer special quests to deliver goods from one city to another city. For this you get a special item and the city you are running the goods from will get some gold in their city bank.

To take a trade order, you must access the context menu on a City Trade Minister. These NPCs can be found near the docks and stables of many major cities. When you accept the trade order you can no longer use any means of magical transport, including Spells, Moongates and the Solen Hive. If you do use a Moongate, you will forfeit the bonuses you gain from distances of the run. So run to the location, or…take a boat!

Randomly when you accept a trade order (most commonly it is the first order you take) you will get a mysterious note from “A friend…” for another option to gain other special bonuses.

You can cancel your orders at any time by clicking on the crate and selecting the “Cancel Trade Order” option from the context menu.

The items you need to fill the trade order are random, but can be bought at local shops, or players in the region you are taking the quest in.

Each trade order can have up to five items with varying required quantities depending on how many trade orders you have completed.

You can fill the crates by either dropping the required items directly on the crate, or by using the contect menu option of “Fill from Backpack”. Please note that Stackable, insured, and blessed items will not be put into the trade crate when using the “fill from Backpack” option.

The required destination of the trade order can be seen in the crates item properties.

As you are delivering the trade orders you may be randomly ambushed by monsters. These monsters will have a special Ambusher property that will make them stronger, and will cause them to despawn after 10 minutes of not being attacked. The total strength of the monsters is dependant on the players stats and skills. When you kill these monsters you gain bonus gold that is put into the destination cities treasury.

The greater the distance between the cities, the greater the rewards you will get for the Trade Order upon completion. Some examples of what you can get when you complete these quests are listed below: – A unique story book from a set for each of the loyalty cities. You can get no more than one of each book per player. – A random NPC guild sign engravable with a wooden container engraving tool – Random resources for blacksmithing, carpentry, tailoring, and imbuing You will also receive a Karma Boost along with City Love for the destination and origin cities.
