The four main classes are Warrior, Mage, Rogue, and Artisan. So let’s look at these four in a little more detail to get you started on the path you are wanting to take. At level 10 you get your first profession point to choose which path you would like to take.
The Warrior: As the name entails, this profession is one that is in the front lines to take damage. As such, when you choose this Profession you will gain 3 extra Hit Points.
This allows you to focus more on defeating your enemies in front of you and less on your over all hit points. If you are an Archer or Weapons Master, this may be the profession for you.
The Mage: As the name entails, this profession is one that is obsessed with the arcane arts. As such, when you choose this Profession you will unlock the ability to increase your Intelligence Stat.
This allows you to start casting spells, and learning about other arcane arts. This means that you can stand back and blast your enemies with those Corp Por’s as you move up in the ranking of a Mage.
The Rogue: As the name entails, this profession is one that focuses on speed and dexterity. As such, when you choose this Profession you will gain 4 Stamina points. This means you will hit more often and have more critical hits.
This allows you to stay nimble on your feet and defeat those pesky monsters before they even know you are there.
The Artisan: This class is a little special and not really one you would think of. The Artisan Profession is one that focuses on Crafting. When you choose this Profession you will gain an extra 20 stone Carrying Capacity.
This means you can carry more as you go about your daily crafting and gathering resources to craft with.
Profession Points are awarded at levels 10, 30, 50, 70, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, and 200.
Now that you know the basics of all four of the main classes, please note that bonuses will vary as you put more points into your desired profession.
